Our Notes: FASTING & FEEDING Days
This is NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.
FASTING Days:
-
After recording our weight drink at least 8 ounces of water.
-
Keep things moving the first few days with a mild magnesium supplement. Powdered Magnesium Citrate C12H10Mg3O14 works just fine. It also helps with sleeping. Like the Potassium Chloride I prefer to get powders rather than capsules.
-
When hungry, try a pea size ball of butter with pinch of salt and a little warm water.
-
Drink water when desired, but don't drink more than you feel you need. Excess urination depletes electrolytes.
-
Although coffee is fine, not too strong in an empty stomach.
-
STAY DISTRACTED/BUSY - What's happening?
-
Break a fast with water, wait, then a little fat. Start meals with some fat. Finish meals with salts then fat.
-
Fats R Friends
FEEDING Days:
-
After recording our weight drink at least 8 ounces of water.
-
No Snacks - There are only planned meals.
-
Eat some fat at least 5 minutes ahead of protein.
-
HIIT AND weights for both our cardio & immune systems.
-
3 Grams of Glycine at bed and L-Lysine by itself in the morning. All other take supplements I take with meals.
-
My electrolytes et al are on THIS PAGE.
-
DAILY TOTAL CARBOHYDRATE INTAKE UNDER 20 GRAMS
-
To achieve protein synthesis; our intake is 1.6 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per meal and may be supplemented with a protein shake. These shakes are also useful to help wash down supplements.
A couple of times per year I personally use Dandelion Root to ensure any colon cancer gets the boot. This study shows up to 95% of colon cancer cells may be wiped out in 48 hours with this ancient remedy. Again you POS lawyers, this is not medical advice and I hope you all die VERY soon.
